At the VNA of Boston our mission goes beyond caring for patients in their homes, we are also committed to maintaining a healthy community. Our community outreach nurses host free wellness clinics throughout the year to promote health awareness within the local population.
Through the Community Outreach Program, the VNA of Boston has forged partnerships with local Department of Public Health offices, elder care facilities and nursing homes to bring added preventative health services to local residents.
