The goal of the Visiting Nurse Association of Boston’s Wine Tasting is to raise vital funds for our Maternal Child Health and Free and Subsidized Care programs, which provide home and community-based care to the most vulnerable and needy children and their families in the areas of maternal/child health, infant and pediatric care, early intervention for developmental delays, early Head Start programs and social work support for at risk families.
Every dollar that is raised will help the VNAB reach out and help families cope with the impact of a low birth weight baby, a critically ill child, a child with developmental delays or teenage pregnancy.
The 2008 Fall Wine Tasting will be held on Thursday, October 23rd at the Westin Copley Place. The event, featuring wine and food pairings and live entertainment will be held from 6:00-9:00PM at Bar 10.
