Atrius Health Medical Groups to Merge

The Atrius Health medical groups have signed an agreement to merge into one nonprofit, multi-specialty organization called Atrius Health, Inc., with VNA Care Network Foundation, which includes VNA of Boston, continuing as a highly integrated subsidiary of Atrius Health.
